What types of fabric do you offer?
For sublimation printing: We use 100% polyester or polyester with spandex in weights ranging from 140 gsm to 300 gsm. These are dry and breathable fabrics.
For cut and sew: We can work with a variety of fabrics, including polyester, cotton, spandex, or blends.
How do I choose the correct colors?
You can provide us with PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors, and we can match them accurately.
What is your main printing technique?
Our main printing technique is sublimation, and we are equipped with a complete set of sublimation machinery. Additionally, we offer:
- Silk screen printing
- Heat transfer printing
- Applique
- Embroidery
How durable is the print?
Unlike traditional textile techniques like transfer printing, where colors sit on the surface of the fabric, sublimation printing integrates the colors into the fibers themselves. This process results in prints that are resistant to fading, wrinkling, and cracking, making sublimated sports apparel much easier to maintain. Ultimately, sublimated products tend to last longer, allowing you to enjoy your sports gear for an extended period.
Will I experience increased sweating in sublimated jerseys?
Not at all! In fact, it's quite the reverse. The premium functional fibers used in sublimation printing aren't bonded together by graphic spaces, leading to a more breathable fabric that actually helps reduce sweating.
Do you offer free mock up design?
Yes, we offer free mock up design. Our professional design team will create a digital mockup based on your requirements at no charge.
What format of design or logo do you need?
We accept the following file formats:
High resolution JPG is acceptable as well.
What's the sample cost? Can it be refunded?
Our sportswear sample fee is 50-100 USD per piece/set.
If your bulk order is over 3,000 USD, the sample fee can be refunded.

What's your lead time (delivery time)?
Note: The start date is the day when you confirm all the order details and payment is done. Please contact our service team for larger quantities.
Do you accept a rush order?
Yes, we accept rush orders (within 8 days). A 20-50% rush fee needs to be added to compensate workers for overtime.
Can I make changes during the production process?
Changes are possible if we have just completed the paper patterns and print samples. However, once the cutting, sublimation printing, and sewing processes have begun, changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs and waste.
For any changes, please contact the service representative you are working with as early as possible.
Do you have any guarantee about products and delivery?

If quality problems are caused by us, we will try our best to reduce the loss of customers and provide the best solutions, such as giving appropriate compensation or remaking the wrong products within 7 working days.

Standard terms: 50% deposit before production, balance to be paid before shipping.
Note: Full payment before production is required for sample orders or orders with a total amount less than USD 1,000.
How do you pack the products? What are the carton dimensions?
One piece/set packed in one poly bag; 30-100 poly bags in one carton.
Normal carton size: 47 × 27 × 40 cm. Custom carton sizes available at MOQ 100 pieces.
